First time & worried

This is first time ive ever picked my face to this degree, and I am really worried. I have huge burnt looking places all over my face, and alot of swelling. I have been extra careful in cleansing it but its so uncomfortable and burns alot. Does anyone know is the calamine lotion will be ok, I'm really worried about infection setting up. Any advice would be great, I am really scared.
