any kind of support group?
I was wondering if there is a 12 step program for compulsive skin picking or any kind of support group? Does anyone know? Especially if there is one in Missouri. If not in Missouri it would be great to find out there is a 12 step program/ support group anywhere in the US?

Don't quote me, but I'm sad to say, I don't believe there are. There is so little knowledge on the subject. For now at least, this is probably the best thing you'll find.
