My practice is dedicated to the treatment of Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB's) and Anxiety Disorders. I received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Habit Reversal Training, and Exposure Response Prevention from the OCD Center of Los Angeles, before relocating to Oregon and opening my own practice, Portland OCD and Anxiety Center, LLC in 2007. I have over 16 years of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults. Since no one client is the same, all treatment is tailored to fit their individual needs and support their therapeutic growth.
