Healing prescription products to heal wound. Help please!

Ok I've used ( Bainfe) cream before and it helped accelerate the healing process. I've seen a few people post about using Metrogel 75% to help heal wounds. Another product I've seen mentioned is Bionect cream (cancer patients use. It). I can imagine these are not cheap, so I would greatly appreciate any advice on what works the BEST and fastest! I picked a pretty nice size hoke in my chin, and have 15 days before I'm going to a Wedding..... Or maybe not going!?! I'm headed to the Derm tomorrow, with my tail between my legs I'm so embarrassed... But I need to get this fixed ASAP! Thank you ahead of time! <3
