To heel or not to heal. That is the question
My heel is completely off now there's nothing but a dimply soft skin around my bone I'm starting to freak out now just found this site can somebody tell me if the heel is more than skin will it grow back. I'm very worried. It's never been this bad. I'm mean we are talking a full pick of heel. Please will someone inform me before I go down another shoe size
The skin will grow back, but only if you stop long enough for it to. Maybe you should try seeking out medical and psychological help to prevent yourself from engaging in any more damage.

When you want it to. You have to make the conscious decision to be done with it, and that may seem impossible, but always know if you can start you can stop. You have to be so religiously dedicated to getting better to cure this terrible condition it seems. I hope the best for you and your recovery, I'm struggling too.
