Painful Elbow Condition from Scalp Picking

Been picking for over half my life now. I recently developed an ulnar nerve compression called cubital tunnel syndrome in my left elbow, which is the arm i have used to pick my scalp on my daily back and forth commute. The inside of my elbow feels like a hot nail is grounding into it, and i cant bend my arm without pain. The pain extends into my forearm and my wrist goes numb. Wondering if anyone else has developed this due to scalp picking ? Also to anyone else reading this, take it as a warning of what could come if you dont find a way to manage the skin picking. It hurts to do normal everyday things, like eat, drink and drive. So be warned.
