Strange and painful "pimple" I can not identify

Ok so I've been experiencing some, I guess pimples, mainly on my face, upper back, an back of neck. The look like a pimple at first that is very hard and painful. I will pick at it n then the pain gets worse and it gets even harder. The pimple then turns from round to a parallel line and when I go to squeeze it what comes out is a hard fish scale looking hard plastic like substance?? Does anyone know or have seen or had anything like this??? I am planing to go to the Dr in a couple weeks but I'm really bugged out by this.

I can relate to the plastic rubbery like substance. Fish scale is a good descriptor as well. I cant squeeze anything out., and it has to be picke ...but the area inflammation seems to produce more around and into the newly made lesion. My dermos haven't given me an explanation as to what they are....being labeled a picker seems to be the cause. The problem is that areas where it's cleaned of those things clear up quickly. There lies the cycle. Please let us know the result of your appointment.
