Effective scar treatments?
I am making progress on not picking areas on my legs. Unfortunately I have several scarred areas from over three years of picking. I began using ScarAway liquid that rolls on the affected area and can't see any improvement. Can anyone recommend an effective scar lightening/shrinking medication?
I used to work for a dermatologist and she said the best over the counter stuff to get for scarring is vitamin c topical oil and oral tablets and do both. Also dermaroller.
