Could it be a parasite infestation?

So yet again... I've been picking at my body... Bumps , pimples, boils, cysts.... Find when I pick and squeeze at em....blood just pours out of them... But in big thick globs.... Not just plain blood. And I noticed what looks like to be little round or oval shaped white things massed together like an egg sac or something... And there's always a raised edge around the wound after the picking and squeezing and digging...sometimes left with a deep hole or sunken crater on my skin. Anyone else have the same problems or concerns ?
