Feet, fingers and lips.

I have been picking my lips, fingers and feet ever since I can remember (im 54). I have tried everything to stop and so far have managed to stop picking my lips as I now get a staf infection which is immensely painful and unsightly. My fingers and feet are another story and very embarrassing as I do it unconsciously. I really want to have lovely feet and hands.
