Bellybutton picking

I just want to know if I am alone in this, I can’t seem to find anything about it. Since I was about eleven years old I have had a terrible habit of picking at my bellybutton until it bleeds or stings. Whether it’s with my fingernails or a sharp object. I don’t want to sound weird but I love the pain that it makes me feel, the stinging sensation pushes me to pick more and more until my bellybutton is bleeding and too sensitive. Since then, my bellybutton has scabbed over so badly that it’s a dark brown all around. I know that I should stop but I can’t bring myself to quit. It’s to the point that I find myself being excited to go home so I can stab my bellybutton in peace. Anyone else?

You are absolutely not alone at all. I have been doing this for so long, I know every bit of what your talking about. My belly button has been getting picked for years, and honestly aside from my finger nails, I love you use pen caps. Especially when it’s a tough spot to pick. One of things that I want, that hasn’t happened is somebody that will do it for me. I think that would be my ultimate orgasm as a guy, but no you are not alone.

I’m in on this too . I’ve been picking since I was little but I stopped for a while around when I was 17 -19 but then I started again till now I’m 24.

You are not alone! I’ve been doing it for years. I use a safety pin to dig the skin up so I can pull it. I don’t stop until it bleeds.

You are not alone. I thought I was the only one who did this. But I use pen caps instead. I recently just started noticing bleeding, and I’ve been doing this a long time. Any reason why all of a sudden it started bleeding?
