I have been doing this for as long as I can remember. It used to be scabs on my legs, then when i got in to squeezing pimples i started on my face. I look like I am on drugs because I have so many scabs. I never knew that it actually had a name and other people did it. It's such a relief to know that. And now I'm going to try harder than ever to stop. So glad to see all this support.
