I only pick on my ADHD meds... but I need them to concentrate. What now?
I haven't taken my meds in a good week, so I took them today and completely went to town on my legs, arms, face, back, and chest. I haven't torn myself up this badly in a while. What am I supposed to do now? Should I give up my Concerta?

same situation with adderall :(
i know it's like directly related, but I can't give it up cuz i abuse it. This sucks. I think the only things that help me EVER not pick, is being around people so I don't get the chance to fixate for hours.
