how do i tell if i have csp?

i pick my lips all the time... i've done reading on it and a lot of the information pertains to me. i tried to tell my mom i think i have it but she just laughed. i'm serious though i want to find out whats the best way to do so?

i do it all the time. like once i notice i'm doing it i try to stop. but then i'm doing it again. my mom yells at me to stop and i only stop till she looks away and my hand goes back to my lip. i guess it affects my life because my lips always hurt and are sore. i guess i'm not sure
