To help disinfect and protect

When I see that I am breaking out somewhere, like my back or face, or have picked somewhere and don't want it to become infected, I spray a solution I made from tea tree oil and water. I bought some empty travelers bottles with a spray top. Tea tree oil can get expensive but I get mine a Trader Joes which is only about 4$. I pour a few drops into my empty bottle and fill the rest with water. Every time I use it I make sure to shake it to mix the oil and water together, and just spray the area you desire to stop a breakout or disinfect a wound. It feels great like your skin can breath. Beware though it can have a drying affect on your face, so I tend to spray a cotton ball and dab where needed. Also for bad zits or pimples I stick a q-tip straight into the bottle of non diluted tea tree and apply to zit. No rinsing off. Also my bad areas to pick tend to be my chest and shoulders, so if I mess up and my shoulders hurt from picking I rub on aloe vera, as it cools and feels better on my skin, as well as helping reduce redness and scarring. It also forms a protective barrier. Apple cider vinegar is awesome too, but this can sting especially on freshly picked skin, but it does reduce swelling and redness quite a bit, as well as helps clear up acne. Hope these natural ways help.
