My Picking and Scratching Adventures!

In this diary entry I will just be posting about how my skin looks. The improvements of my skin. If I picked my blemishes. Or if I left them alone. If I scratched or not.

I asked a few people "What happens if I don't pick a white head?". They said "Why do you pick a white head?" "Nothing." Other people said. "It falls of." "It drys out." That didn't really answer my question so I googled it. No answer. So I did an experiment. The day before yesterday. I did not pick, scratch or pop or do anything to my white head on my leg. I went to sleep and the next day it had dryed up and fall of. When I looked at it the next day. It left a red mark. The day after that the red mark went away and my skin was clear. That was the first time in my whole entire life that I had left it alone. As silly as it sounds I am so proud of myself.

Most of mine are on my forehead, but I get a bunch on the rest of my face too. Also my back, chest, and weird things on my legs. I also chew the hell out of my fingers.
